ok I am not a formula expert, but still a couple of remarks before assigning
to Sirp
* you don't seem to handle map borders
* there is a function get_adjacent_tiles in pathutils.hpp that might help you
what you do (not sure, I only looked quickly at the code)
* you didn't add yourself to data/core/about.cfg
