Details:
When one doesn't have installed any campaigns (for whatever reason, like only
being interested in multiplayer modus) clicking the Campaign button in the
main menu doesn't do anything.
It would be nice if it could bring up a box that says that there are no
campaigns installed so one doesn't get the impression that the click wasn't
received. Wording of the message should be chosen appropriately, but I guess
that's nothing I have to mention specially. ;)
