Details:

Either file save or file recall loses informstion about which units have
attacked.

To reproduce: load the attached file.  Attack with a unit with a yellow bulb.
 Watch it turn red.  Save the game state.  Reload.  Note that the unit you
previously attacked with can now attack again.
