Details:
When translating po/wesnoth/hr.po, msgfmt reports:
some header fields still have the initial default value
Then the build stops.
When looking at the file, it looks mostly untranslated.
The attached patch removes hr from LINGUAS, which fixes the problem. It would
be better if it would be translated, of course :)
