Details:
It could be nice to provide a mechanism to trigger an special animation when
an ability is trigerred.
For example it could be useful for the 'protection' ability of the extended
era to have leadership-like animations (this ability is some kind of
leadership except it raises the resistance of the affected unit instead of
this damage (implemented with a [resistance] ability)).
In mainline it could be used for the distract ability of Jessica in TRoW
([skirmisher] on friendly units).
Depending of how it is done, it could probably replace both the leadership
and healing animations.
