Details:
It'd be nice if the MP lobby icons showed a bit more information about a
player's status, so I created some icons for that purpose.

This .zip includes green (friend), white (neutral), and red (ignored)
versions of all of the following: playing (crossed swords), observing (eye),
in the lobby (bright dot), and idle (dim dot).
