Details:
While playing the add-on campaign 'A New Order', the following error message
appears at the start of 'Ruins of the Past':
Could not get image for terrain: _s
Condition 'false' failed at src/minimap.cpp:88 in function 'getMinimap'.
The game then returns to the BFW main menu. This also happened for one of the
other maps earlier in the campaign, but I've been unable to find it again.
This may be unrelated, but the images for some units - those specific to this
campaign - don't appear, even after repeatedly restarting Wesnoth.
