Details:

If a map is played, and some positions are set to empty, the saved replay
can't be played back further than the first turn. For example, in the
attached file, when either "continuous replay" or "play turn" are chosen,
players 1-4 take their turns, and after that, the replay stops. The buttons
stop functioning (except for the "reset to beginning" button), and stderr
spams the following message:

20080625 10:44:15 debug replay: Status turn number: 1
20080625 10:44:15 debug replay: Replay_Controller turn number: 1
20080625 10:44:15 debug replay: Player number: 5
20080625 10:44:15 debug replay: Status turn number: 1
20080625 10:44:15 debug replay: Replay_Controller turn number: 1
20080625 10:44:15 debug replay: Player number: 5

over and over again.

The bug can be reproduced by starting a multiplayer local game, selecting a
map with more than 2 players, and setting one of the players to "empty". If,
after a few turns, a replay is saved, the bug can be reproduced by trying to
replay the saved file. At least it worked for me every time I tried to
reproduce it that way.

This was tested with replays recorded under WinXP and Ubuntu 8.04 with 1.4
and 1.4.1. The playback was tested with 1.4, 1.4.1 and 1.4.3 on Ubuntu 8.04
and with 1.4.1 on WinXP. The bug appeared every time.

A replay (the original offending one ;) ) is attached.
