Follow-up Comment #3, patch #1076 (project wesnoth):
Ok, a new try (done via remote editing in xemacs in ssh in Cygwin rxvt, on a
english keyboard while I'm used ) ...
As requested, in the beginning a list of all files with links to the
sections, and also links from the sections to the beginning (floating
right).
Additionally, I fixed some HTML and CSS errors in the header file (it now
validates without warnings), added the usual navigation header (simply copied
from the one in the forum) and added an indication how to generate this file
(so the next one doesn't have to search so long as I had to).
The reference file has now 55 KB.
