Details:

When trying to download multiple add-ons, it is tedious to have to click on
the dialog box that specifies the campaign server every single time. I am
doubting that most people need to hop around to different campaign servers on
a constant basis to justify this dialog box always appearing. It would be
better to assume the last campaign server that was used, display the menu of
available campaigns, and offer a button to "change campaign server" if the
player so desires.

Also would be nice if after I download an add-on, instead of dumping me back
to the Wesnoth main screen and making me push the add-on button again, it
would simply reconnect to the last campaign server that was used, and display
the menu of available campaigns. This means the menu would need a close
button, so that the user can exit without downloading anything.

Persistent knowledge of the campaign server, and appropriate UI for it, would
go a long way towards making add-ons faster to download. This may be easier
to implement than feature request #10380 for multiple downloads. The reality
is, once you start looking for user Wesnoth content, you're going to be
grabbing lots of add-ons.
