Follow-up Comment #1, bug #12273 (project wesnoth):
I'm seeing two problems. First, the glitch that keeps the XP bar from
showing only seems to affect units created during this scenario. Second,
it's not just graphics after all. The description side bar shows the correct
number of experience points, but when the total exceeds the total necessary
for promotion of the unit, promotion doesn't occur--it just keeps logging the
points. I now have a Level 1 fighter with 60 of 41 XP. Another save file
showing this is attached.
