Details:
In "The Rise of Wesnoth" scenario 22 "The Rise of Wesnoth", Lich-Lord Jevyan
is required to recruit a "mixed fighter".
However no unit with that usage type appears in his allowed recruit list,
resulting in a nasty WML error message.
