Details:
Currently the install routine creates start menu shortcuts in
"%UserProfile%\Start Menu\Programs\".
It would be preferable if at least the option of creating them in
"%AllUsersProfile%\Start Menu\Programs\" instead was available.
Of course this would involve checking that that one is installing on Win NT
rather than Win 9x.
