Details:
At the beginning of a turn (before making any movements), selecting "End
turn" causes a confirmation dialog to display asking if you are sure you want
to end your turn. Selecting to continue the turn drops the dialog, but units
are no longer responsive and the "End turn" button is disabled. Expected
behavior would be to return to the turn, allow movement of troops, and
re-enable the "End turn" button.
