Follow-up Comment #3:
fixed in trunk. As a workaround if you don't want to recompile:
* go to data\_main.cfg
* find a [textdomain]name="wesnoth-editor[/textdomain] tag
* move it up outside of the #ifdefs, and remove dupes of that tag.
