Details:

One of the objectives is:
description= _ "Move Tallin to the Dwarvish Keep or..."

Notice the word "keep". The starting location for the ai dwarves (player 4)
has 2 hexes of the type dwarvish keep (locations 35,22 and 32,23). Neither
one of them triggers victory. You have to move into one of the castle hexes,
not a keep. It's even possible to go to both of the keeps without crossing
any castle hexes. I actually lost the first time I played because I didn't
realize this... I currently use version 1.4.4, but I checked that the
scenario cfg file in trunk had the same coordinates in the moveto event.
