Details:
While playing HttT on hard with the new gold carryover enabled I reached Isle
of the Damned with 200+ gold carried over from Bay of Pearls. Isle of the
Damned started me with 100 gold (correctly) and the 200 was stored in a
variable. Upon completing Isle of the Damned, I started the next level with
the minimum starting gold (120) instead of 120 + 200 or 120 + 40%(200). (As
an aside, it seems somewhat unfair to be taxed 60% twice on the gold from Bay
of Pearls before being able to use it in Siege of Elensefar.) This tends to
make the Siege very difficult.
