Details:
After a new multiplayer game is created, players from the lobby can decide to
join it either as players (if there is a free slot) or observers. Afterwards,
the host can move any observer into a player slot.
It would be nice if
- the host could move a player to an obs slot
- players could move themselves from player slot to obs slot and back to
empty player slots
