Details:
If you use windowed mode, start mouse scrolling and then take the cursor over
the edge of the window, the scrolling continues. For me, this causes regular
annoyance when I just try to click on something on my taskbar, and when I
pass the cursor over the bottom edge of the window, the game starts scrolling
downwards and never stops until it reaches the bottom of the map.
It'd be really nice if scrolling didn't continue if you no longer have the
cursor inside the window.
