Details:

There has been currently an increase in abilities development, in a way to
seek for new gameplay experiences in usermade factions, eras or campains.
Some of them includes tweaking the conditions of fighting between 2 units.

However, there is a limitation on that : most of the time, modifying the
chance to hit or damages leads the popping combat window, an extremly useful
tool, to be disinformative.

To help solving that, either could the events be made more powerful, or the
current weapon_special tags.

What I request is the second option. I think there should be an access to
unit and second_unit's variables. That way, a user could perform some math
about the value to tweak, store the value into a mute variable in units, and
access to that variable such as :
[damage]
...
add=$second_unit.variables.tweak_damages
...
[/damage]
