Details:


For whatever reason (likely a windows "feature") the Wesnoth icon on windows
xp looks quite bad (see attached Icons.gif). I took the official png icon and
created several smaller images in the "windows" format (without partial
transparency), then merged all the images into the attached wesnoth-icon.ico.
This icon appears correctly on windows (and might just work in Linux too). I
would like to see it replace the default icon built into wesnoth.exe (for
windows only if the icon doesn't work on Linux).
