Details:
The random map generation may create a cave wall adjacent to the keep, in
which case heroes or loyal runesmiths might be created in the wall. No checks
are performed to avoid this, although such checks were inserted for the coal
and gold positions. This does not impede gameplay much but looks odd.
Observed on win32 build v1.3.6, getdeb build v1.3.7, can be reproduced by
restarting the scenario often enough.
