Follow-up Comment #1, bug #12893 (project wesnoth):
ignore this; I was mistaken. Basically, units that I thought were on the
recall list weren't, because in 1.5 ai players don't get a recall list. Of
course, that was the case with 1.4 as well, but those marked as persistent=1
&& provided with a save_id were made exception to that.
Interestingly, when I moved the (formerly functioning) code over to 1.5, my
persistent ai lost its recall list. I don't know if that's a bug, or
intentional, but it could be worth looking into.
