One more option makes header and OK button disappear and disables mouse (can
still use arrow keys + enter).

Another option has mouse usage still gone, except you can use the right
scroll bar.

However, if you use an arrow key now, this happens. Note how the scroll bar
is still there. You can still choose what you want using the keyboard, but
it's just not visible.
