Follow-up Comment #2, bug #12955 (project wesnoth):
The other bug report indicates it's a problem with the permissions on
parse.py. I've chmod 777ed both parse.py and the folder on which it sits, but
it doesn't help. I've even tried sudoing Wesnoth. Thus, it's NOT fixed under
#12913.
