Details:
In EI: An Unexpected Appearnce, on turn 2 the game complains,
"At difficulty level NORMAL, trying a recruit a:scout but no unit of that
type (usage=) is available. Check the recruit and [ai] recruitment_pattern
keys for team 'Mal-Skraat' (2) against the usage key of the units in
question! Removing invalid recruitment_pattern entry and continuing..."

Sides 2 and 4 both have vampire bats in their recruitment list, so this
shouldn't be happening.
This is from the same game as the crash reported in #12990, so it's possible
that this is due to memory corruption.
