Added possibility to hide a side by adding hidden=yes to [side].
Also allows to modify this attribute in an [event] by [modify_side].
hidden.diff is the corrected implementation. The first one (isn't posted
here) didn't check if there is anything to display in the table. It resulted
in segfault when all sides were hidden, if one tried to see the table then.
hidden_test.cfg is a map created specifically for hidden= testing purposes.
Feel free to test it on this map yourself.
The patch includes changes in MP maps: Caves of the Basilisk and Sulla's
Ruins, making use of the new tag.
