Aha, it seems this is not exactly a bug, but rather bad design. It seems that
when one side is droided and you pass over the side with :control, the side
will remain droided. However, this is different from what players are used to
and also doesn't make any sense at all, since in 99% of the cases when you use
:control, you want to pass over control to the human player, it happens really
rarely that you want the AI to run on another computer(that is, it never
happened to me). I already made a fix for this, but I'm not sure whether it
would break the feature freeze.
