When I thought about this bug report, my reaction was that it
is a misbug - the sense of drama is heightened by the fact that you can't
quite see who is being tortured.
Now, looking at the WML, it's clear this effect is intentional,. There's a
small shroud declaration around Rogrimir that's lifted by a moveto event.
Marking this Wont Fix.
