I think this translates as "If you run a campaign server on a machine with a
case-sensitive filesystem, you deserve to lose."
Seriously, there is not a whole lot we can reasonably do to address this,
short of adding ugly magic hash cookies to camplagn filenames. And DOS
aliasing would scupper that.
I'll mark this Wont Fix and try to figure out where the right place to
document the limitation is.
