Summary: When you're downloading add-ons they do not appear
in campaigns list until BfW restarted

Details:
All recent BfW versions have some annoyance: available campaigns list not
updated after add-ons installation. It only updated on next BfW startup.
Configuration:
Default BfW, just installed in clean configuration.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Examine list of available single-user campaigns.
2) Download some add-on which is a single-user campaign.
3) Examine list of available single-user campaigns again.Ensure that there
is no installed campaign listed.
4) Restart BfW.
5) Examine list of available single-user campaigns once more.Ensure that now
installed campaign is visible.
Result:
Outdated campaigns list appears as if I did not installed any campaigns.
This will confuse users about success of installation
Expected result:
Installed campaign appears in campaigns list after add-on installation.
Notes:
This seems to be issue with cache. Game rebuilds potentially outdated cache
only on next startup. Then campaigns are appear in list of course.
Earlier 1.5.x versions were rebuilding cache after installation of add-ons
if I'm remembering correctly and I do not remember such issues with them.
