Follow-up Comment #1:
Looks like a regression from the lazy loading of unit types since the logic
of the advancefrom handling didn't change afaict so it seems to get
overwritten later on.
Another unfortunate regression is that the unit key was supposed to be
unit_type now which was reverted in r25212 without explanation.
