In http://www.wesnoth.org/wiki/EasyCoding , there is a task
'provide a way for a formula to have a text float over hex (for debugging
purposes)'
Therefore, I've implemented a FormulaAI function to allow debugging via
floating popups. It was done under the guidance of boucman.
Patch is attached.
new function name: debug_float
syntax: as debug_print, but additional argument is location
example usage: debug_float(loc(10,10),'Hello, free world!')
