Details:
1. The origin unicode range for CJK characters are not complete, now
updated.
2. The origin get_first_word function in src/help.cpp doesn't consider CJK
words as word, now updated.
3. Please help me fix the code duplication for is_cjk_char function. see the
comment in src.
