Details:
Wesnoth 1.6a official windows binary on Windows Vista system.
Chat that is supposed to be confined to a game is actually smeared across two
games.
Steps to reproduce problem:
1) Player B joins a Game A created by Player A.
2) Player B leaves Game A's lobby before Game A starts.
3) Player B create Game B.
4) Neither game has been started yet.
5) At this point, player B (in game B's lobby) and player A (in game A's
lobby) are able to chat with each other. The messages that should be
confined to their respective game's lobby, aren't confined.
This problem makes it especially confusing when someone from one lobby asks
if the players are ready to start game, and end up getting responses from a
different game lobby.
