We can't seem to reproduce this. Can you try moving aside your Wesnoth data
directory (C:\Program Files\Wesnoth\userdata) and reinstalling Wesnoth, and
see if that takes care of the problem? You can save time testing by running
Wesnoth with the '--debug' option on the command line, and then typing ':cl'
after starting the campaign to skip ahead to that level.
My best guess as to the cause of this is that your permissions got messed up
somehow, and it's trying to overwrite a save file that it doesn't have
permission to overwrite.
