Follow-up Comment #2, bug #13283 (project wesnoth):
The quote from below is from the in-game help (sorry, i've always assumed
that the manual and the in-game help share the same sources).
I still think that in addition to not mentioning poison the logic of the
description is flawed.
Maybe something like this would be clearer: "...can rest even when traveling
and additionally heal 2 HP when they did not fight".
Then it should also be obvious that such units won't gain 12hp when in a
village or near a healer, since healing effects don't stack.
