Details:

Thanks for making [switch] work within [story]; now please make [if] and
[switch] work within [part], if possible.

I'm not asking at random.  Under the current restrictions, when a campaign
has multiple paths its journey macros have to be written in a way that is
difficult to understand and modify. The most extreme example of this is in
the HttT utils/bigmap.cfg file, but the journey.cfg for Eastern Invasion is
nearly as bad.  Much of the multiply nested conditionals and the duplicated
code are artifacts of the fact that you can't call journey macros
conditionally inside [part] based on the campaign's prior history.
