Details:
bug #13216 reported missing death animation frames for mounted zombies. I
noticed that other zombie animations are also missing/incomplete. This patch
removes the (invalid) frame declarations from the cfg files.
I added macros UNIT_BODY_WALKING_CORPSE_GRAPHICS_NO_DEATH_ANIM and
UNIT_BODY_SOULLESS_GRAPHICS_NO_DEATH_ANIM that automagically declare zombie
variations minus the [death] information and used them for the units without
animations.
