Follow-up Comment #3, bug #13240 (project wesnoth):
fix means "a fix has been provided, commited to trunk, and will be available
in the next release"
as you can see, the bug was reported in 1.6 which is the latest release so
the fix is only available if you compiled wesnoth yourself
