Details:
Made changes to xp sort implemented for bug/fr #13360. Chat on #wesnoth-dev
said that the sorting was not intuitive for the xp column since the first
thing sorted by was level and not actually experience.
New behavior is:
Check whether column being sorted is the experience column or the level
column.
If experience column, sort by experience first (y-x) and then by level.
If level column, sort by level first and then experience (y-x).
