Details:
'End Turn' in right click menu does not update to 'End Scenario' in linger
mode. To reproduce quickly, enter the test scenario and send the leader unit
over the end scenario tile. The 'End Turn' button will correctly change to
'End Scenario' but the right click option will not. The same problem is in
the Action menu.
