Details:
In the hotkey dialogue, the text and the keybindings are too wide, it is
written past the scroll box and thus doesn't get scrolled properly. I guess
there should either be a horizontal scrolling involved, or the hotkey
description should get cut to a maximum width to fit the box. I was told that
this isn't limited to the german translation but also happens with english
locale - and most proapbly with other translations, too.
