Details:
1) Mal-Ravanal is a member of my team during the dialog before the first
scenario begins. (Or al least his team colour is red including the circle
under him)
2) However he is not displayed as red square (or any other colour) in the map
overview in the top right corner in the beginning of the dialog (on his first
sentence). (He is red there when the dialog end)

no savegame attached (but start the campaign from the campaign list)
