Follow-up Comment #4, bug #13438 (project wesnoth):

I think this bug wasn't in 1.5 versions. Probably the artificial intelligence
have a problem.

A good example : in the level editor, make a random map 80 X 80 with 9
players. Go in multiplayer. Put 1 human and 8 computers. The first units in
each team will take less than 1 seconds to move but the other units will take
20 seconds to move.
