Details:

After a ghost scores a kill, there are a few seconds of delay when no UI
actions are possible (like selecting other units) but all animations are
still playing. Basically the game feels unresponsive ("hung"). Maybe it's
related to ghost's animation cycle?

I've observed it's confusing some players.
