Details:
When starting Wesnoth for the first time, or when starting Wesnoth and having
only played a few games, new players will often be using the Help window for
assistance.
Two places people may go to is to the Units and Abilities sections.
As was pointed out in #13908, the behavior of partial reference is something
that apparently the head developers wish not to change. As this may not be
readily apparent for people to how it works I think it would be most
beneficial to include a string of text in these sections explaining to the
user that this is normal.
"This section shows information on units you have encountered in the game,
and is updated as you encounter more units."
You could take that same sentence and apply it to the Traits section too,
s/units/traits/g.
