Details:
I have added an option to the Advanced tab of Preferences that will allow the
user to turn on or off the dialog box that confirms that you want to delete a
save. Previously, you could turn it off the first time it came up, but could
not turn it back on without editing the preferences file.
I am not completely happy with the wording in the changelogs, but everything
else should be fine.
Tested, appears to cause no problems.
