Update of bug #14098 (project wesnoth):
Severity: 3 - Normal => 5 - Blocker
Item Group: None => None of the others
Status: None => Confirmed
_______________________________________________________
Follow-up Comment #1:
The unit is overwritten (deallocated/reallocated) in the advance event. But
the code considers the old unit only, hence leading the program to access
random memory locations. I have no clue as to why the unit map is returning a
"valid" iterator on a deallocated unit. Note that the bug is sometimes hidden
by the new unit being allocated at the exact same memory location as the old
unit.
