I'm sorry, but Mac OS X 10.3 isn't supported anymore. It may even be
impossible to support now, since 10.3 uses GCC 3.3, which I don't think
Wesnoth will compile with anymore (and if it did, it would still be
incredibly hard to do).
Since 10.3 isn't supported anyway, the dmg uses a better compression format
only supported by 10.4+.
